4 ounce sample portion of our seafood gumbo. Our Seafood Gumbo starts with a dark roux, then we add the "Holy Trinity" of Cajun cuisine... Celery, Bell Pepper, and Onions. We then load it with crawfish, lump Dungeness crab, Jumbo Shrimp, and Andouille Sausage. Served with rice.
